All orders are entered into the system as soon as they come in.
Items that are not in stock take longer since we need to obtain them from the manufacturer.

All items shipped within the continental U.S. Hawaii and Puerto Rico are sent US Priority Mail

Some manufacturers are slow, and it can take several weeks for your item to be delivered to you. We will inform you straight away if there is likely to be any delay.

International shipping
At this time we are unable to ship products to NON-US addresses. This does not include FPO/APO addresses.

When your items arrive

Please examine your order when it arrives and make sure all the correct items are in the box. Every order is inspected for quality and checked before shipping to ensure you receive the items you ordered. However occasionally mistakes do happen. Email our Customer Service Desk

immediately if you notice the packing slip does not match to the items in the box.

Check the color and size is as ordered BEFORE opening individual packaging. If it is wrong the do not open it.

Only try on lingerie if you intend to keep it. Lingerie may not be returned if it has been worn. THIS IS THE LAW.

RETURNS POLICY

Absolutely no refunds will be issued until goods have been returned.

We do not accept returns on

  • hats
  • purses
  • jewelry or rhinestone belts
  • thongs,g-strings, panties

    We do not accept returns on Sale Items


    Authorised returns from international sales must be returned to us POSTAGE PAID.

    Items which do not fit may be exchanged for another size, or refunded at our discretion, with the exception of lingerie items that have been worn.

    Thongs, panties, teddies, bikini bottoms, full swimsuits, and outfits with matching bottoms (In other words, any item of clothing that touches the crotch) Cannot be returned. This is the law. Would you want to wear something this person had tried on?

    Shoes, boots, garters and garter belts, accessories and outer clothing items such as separate tops, and robes that do not have matching panties can be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn and are in saleable condition with tags still attached, and in original packaging.

    Shoes and boots returned in boxes damaged with tape or labels will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund or exchange.

    There will be no re-stocking fee on items which are judged to be faulty, and you may request either a refund or exchange.

    Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.

    Costumes can only be returned if faulty or wrong size, for exchange or store credit. We cannot accept returns of costumes after Halloween.

    Items sent in error will be exchanged or refunded at no extra cost.

    Exchanges requested that are not our error will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which will be added to the cost of the replacement item. Additional shipping charges will be your responsibility.

    Refunds requested that are not as a result of our error will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or if there was an error in processing your order.

    How to return items
    Email our Customer Service Desk - BEFORE you send back your items - to obtain a returns authorization number.

    If you want to return merchandise, you must send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order and before you send back your items so that we can respond with a return/exchange authorization code and the return address.

    We will not accept returns without a return authorization number!

    After 3 days you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

    If you do not request a return within 7 days of receipt then you will be deemed to have accepted title to the goods and no return can be entertained whatsoever.

    Your email should include:
    1) Your last name:
    2) The date of your order:
    3) The invoice number:
    4) Item SKU numbers (from invoice) :
    5) Whether you want a refund or exchange and
    6) The reason for the request.

    We must receive the item within 10 business days after we send the RMA number. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the returns authorization.

    When you return the items to us please include a copy of the receipt and use a shipping method with a tracking number such as UPS or Priority Mail. If your item gets lost in the mail, you won't get your refund/exchange/credit!

    Once we receive your returned item

    We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or store credits on any items that have been worn, washed, altered or abused. If we determine an item to have been worn, we will respectfully deny the return.

    Your refund will be credited to the card used to make your original purchase, or if you paid with a check, a refund will be issued to you within 10 business days. Your exchange will be sent to you within 10 - 14 business days depending upon stock availability.
