Q: I have a question, but I am embarassed to ask it. A:Don't be embarrassed...We are people just like you...AND we have experience where it counts. In the clubs. The store is new, but once it gets going, we may even put in a discussion board.
Q: There are so many products.. How do I know if I will like something? A: It is all a matter of taste.. there are times when you may want to go nice, and there are those times that just scream naughty! We have all types of clothes and accessories here.. for an overview.. look at the sitemap to see all the categories.
Q: How will my order be shipped to me? A: Your order will be shipped in a cardboard box, puffy bag, or envelope depending on the item(s) via Priority Mail or UPS with no indication of the contents. Nothing on the box will indicate that you are receiving super cool and sexy clothes.
Q: Can you send me a print catalog? A: We carry products from most of the major manufacturers, and some smaller independent designers. So creating a print catalog of our own would be time consuming, costly, and most likely outdated as soon as it was printed.
Q: Why don't you use Paypal as your credit card processor? A: Well.... PayPal sent us a letter telling us they would no longer accept our business since some of the pictures had frontal nudity, which violates there Acceptable Use Policy. Paypal does not process payments for sites of a 'mature' nature. We now use a secure processor that accepts all major credit cards. We do not store any customer credit card billing information anywhere. Customers' data never touches the website. So if hackers were to somehow break into our servers (when they are not in the clubs) there would be no credit card data for them to steal. We appreciate your business..and we understand peoples' desire for security.
Q: I am still not comfortable with giving out my credit card information, can I order items by mail? A: We completely understand. We want you to know where your information is going. We just want to send you products that make you look good. But if you choose not to use our online method of payment, we also accept traditional mail orders. Orders may be prepaid by check or money order. Money orders will process faster, since we must wait for checks to clear the bank. Shop as usual, adding items to a shopping cart will make it easy to remember.. When you are finished, copy or print the list of items you want.. and send us an email and the shipping method you prefer UPS, FedEx, Postal Service, and we will tell you the total amount of the order plus shipping.

The shopping cart is 'encrypted' meaning the information cannot be intercepted and read. We only use your name and address for shipping. Your credit card information goes directly to the bank gateway.
Q: Do you sell your mailing lists? A:No! ALL information you submit is kept strictly confidential and is not sold or shared with any third party for any reason. For more information, see our privacy policy.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Not long at all! All orders are entered into the system as soon as they come in. Most orders that are in stock are usually shipped within 3 or 4 (business days). Items that are not in stock are usually take a bit longer since we need to get the items from the manufacturer. We have over 1000 items.. most come in several colors and sizes.. That's a lot of stuff..
Q: How much will shipping cost me? A: The cost of shipping is determined by the type of shipping method you select, your location, and the total weight of the items you purchase. International orders may incur additional shipping charges between $20 and $40, depending on country of destination. (There may be duty) You will receive an email within 24 hours detailing any additional shipping charges that may apply.
Q: What is your Return & Exchange Policy? A:We will ONLY accept items that have NOT BEEN WORN. Don't be a lizard and wear it and return it. That's just nasty. When you get your order.. and something doesn't fit...tell as ASAP. Products must be returned within ten days of receipt. We reserve the right to determine if any return meets our standards for returns. (You wouldn't want to buy something that was worn in a club, would you?)
